Kinox and her sisters [[Hashladûn, Daughter of Crota|Hashladûn]], [[Besurith, Daughter of Crota|Besurith]], and [[Voshyr]] took control of the [[Hidden Swarm]] on the [[Moon]] after their [[Oryx, the Taken King|grandfather's]] passing during the [[Taken War]]. What they lacked in brute strength of the [[Sword Logic]], they made up for in cunning thought and grand design. They who consider themselves the shadowed architects of empires. A year after the events of ''[[Shadowkeep]]'', Kinox and her sister Voshyr were met with the [[High Celebrant of Xivu Arath|High Celebrant]], a champion of their great-aunt [[Xivu Arath, God of War]] having entered the system to build an army of [[Wrathborn]] and to rally the scattered Hive broods into her sway. Having gathered with their spawn beneath the [[Enduring Abyss]] to commune with the War god, they were immediately confronted by the [[Warlock]] [[Osiris]]. Kinox would die attempting to flee from the ensuing battle along with her son, [[Ulg'Urin]], whom perished in a vain attempt to protect her from a [[Nova Bomb]].<ref name="Immolant" />
