Shilo is a plains region on Alfehein. Under the Cabal empire, Shilo and all of its area are a place only those the empire deems may settle here and see these meadows. Its capital is Ravenica, a city focused on Magic. This region houses the Work city of Necropolis... All those punished or enslaved go here to work never to see the light of day again. It also houses one of several hidden bunkers in the world. This bunker is named Crow's Depth see Crow's Depth for more info.
