Alyr, the Enforcer was a powerful Omen of the Witness serving Whisper. He was using Hangman's Pass as a checkpoint to capture Guardians and kill them. He was eventually stopped by The Young Wolf and killed. Later, during the Skybreaker campaign, he is found to have been resurrected and one of the lead protectors of The Grand.
