The '''Emissary of the Nine''' is a title held by beings chosen by the [[The Nine|Nine]] to enact their will throughout the universe.

==Overview==
The Emissary of the Nine is a 3-dimensional being who possess the skill of negotiations and served as a translator at one point in their life. Beings who are chosen by the Nine to become an Emissary will experience strange dreams. When that being becomes an Emissary, they will gain access to the 4-dimensional space that the Nine normally inhabit and have the ability to levitate from the ground. They will have eyes that glow when any member of the Nine are speaking through their chosen Emissary and also wear white-colored clothing in the case of [[Orin]] and [[Lodi]].

==History==
