The '''Chord Minotaurs''' are a variant of [[Minotaur]]s belonging to the [[Aphix Invasive]] and [[Sol Imminent]], one Chord Minotaur from the Aphix Invasive can be encountered as a High-Value [[Vex]] target for a kill [[Patrol]] found in the [[N/Gen Branch]] of the [[Ishtar Academy]]. The patrol beacon can be found in the [[Ishtar Commons]] and only appears to those under Light-level 40. Those at Light-Level 40, the Chord Minotaur is replaced by a [[Major]] [[Axis Minotaur]].

A Chord Minotaur from Sol Imminent can be found in the [[Echo Chamber (strike)|Echo Chamber]] strike with a rare chance of spawning alongside [[Descendant Goblin]]s. It has a chance to emerge from one of the Vex Gates that are open on the way to the [[Endless Steps]].
