The Void Drive, also known as "Purple Drive", is a legendary Sparrow Drive that can be purchased from Xur for 23 Strange Coin. It can be used to upgrade the Crucible Sparrows: the S-30C Phoenix, S-31C Phoenix, and the S-32C Phoenix, as well as the Vanguard Sparrows: the S-30V, the S-31V, and the S-32V. Upgraded Sparrows with this drive turn the Sparrow from rare to legendary, increasing speed and durability as well as changing the boost trail to the color purple.
