So this guys is responsible for panoptes creation yet he is less powerful? how does that work?

I don't know, actually. It probably has something to do with the Vex's twisted timelines, as the Root Mind is a Precursor which are believed to be the ancestors of the present Vex. The Root Mind is faced off in the Simulant Past, where it maybe contributed to the creation of Panoptes and then grew weaker over time (or maybe it helped to create the whole Unidentified Vex collective that Panoptes belong to). But this is just my theory. Idk if we'll ever know how the Vex work. Leoasken72 (talk) 02:07, 7 March 2018 (EST)
