Location
This level 22 Thrall is found in Old Russia, in the darkened room where the player first meets the Hive on Earth. He is partially concealed; he may be a little tricky to find at first, as most of they corners have garbage in them.
Behavior
If attacked, he will get up, screech like a Thrall, and charge. Green Hive portals will appear near the four corners of the room, and the Hand of Crota will appear, a Hive Knight wielding a Cleaver. More Servants of the Hand will appear, as will Hive Wizards. Killing the Hand of Crota is the only way to cease these waves.
