Phased Wretches, Kell's Scourge were special, Elite-tier Fallen Wretches that were enhanced with Radiant Batteries stolen from the Black Armory, distinguished by azure/cyan glow affect. They served as members of the Kell's Scourge crime syndicate, deployed in their raids on the Armory's Lost Forges.[1]
Gameplay[edit]
Phased Wretches are found at Bergusia Forge during the Forge Ignition activity there. These enemies will drop Radiant Batteries upon being killed, making them high-priority targets. Said batteries are needed to ignite the forge, and a total of twenty must be thrown to fully charge it up and progress to the next round.
