Oversoul Edict is a Legendary Pulse Rifle that deals Arc damage and it is rewarded after completing the Abyss Zone of the Crota's End Raid on hard mode. It is one of the only Pulse Rifles in the game that deals Arc damage and is one of the first high-rate-of-fire and low-impact Pulse Rifles in Destiny.
