Gathering Storm is a

Description
Gathering Storm is used by Hunters and by extent players where the Hunter leaps into the air, creating and throwing an arc staff at a location dealing damage and jolting nearby combatants. The staff afterward sticks to a target, dealing heavy area damage for a time.
