The Gatekeepers of Eternity are giant Vex Minotaurs encountered during the Dares of Eternity.[1]
Gameplay
The Gatekeepers of Eternity appear in the Valley and in the Vault, if the Vex are selected as foes. They look like normal Ultra Minotaurs, protected in a Vex Immunity Shield. In both encounters, one teleports onto the battlefield, and fights the Guardians until destroyed, with three more replacing it upon its demise. The only way to remove a Gatekeeper's shield is to use a Void Cranium obtained from Xûr's Headbearers. The beam will strip the Gatekeeper of its barrier and can inflict severe damage before running out of ammo.
