The Empire's End is a Raid located within the Imperial Citadel, deep within the Colorado Badlands where the House of Emperors lay and Atrykis plots the destruction of the Traveler. Empire's End brings the Guardians to confront Atrykis's elite and take down the Emperor Kell himself.
