The Eliksni High Council is the name of a group of Kells attempting to restore order amongst the Eliksni and forge peace amongst the Guardians.

History

"Another so called "Kell of Kells"....how many of these false Chosen will there be? The Machine hasn't come down to crown a Kell of Kells, let alone has it noticed our pain? There is no point in searching for a Kell of Kells, instead, we Kells must agree with one and another and help each other, join together and bring a better future in our people. No more "Kell of Kells", now we need a "Council of Kells"!"
