Overview
The Collective Minds are the the leaders of all Vex and once Panoptes, Infinite Mind was erased, Ikora ordered The Guardian to exterminate all of the Minds so the Vex will die away. The story of the Collective Minds is a long story with logic that bend space/time itself.
