War-pearls were a type of warship made and used by the Qugu. They were shaped like a sleek horizontal teardrop that made them nearly invisible in space and came equipped with various drones for attack, shielding and utility, as well as fusion batteries that can easily take out smaller Hive ships. Their drones could also chain power between ships and flow fusion energy through them to fire a powerful unified beam as a last-resort tactic strong enough to obliterate Hive Warships.[1]
