With the various inconsistencies inside of concept art, it should not be considered canon, especially when it comes to the inconsistency of the Traveler's size.

It doesn’t matter whether you disagree or not, concept art, however it is phrased, is not canon unless it is clarified or rather supported in-game. And show me the source that the developers said these in livestreams instead of saying that they did.
