Red Herring is a Legendary Void Rocket Launcher introduced in The Witch Queen expansion. It has a chance to drop from Legendary Engrams in Savathûn's Throne World after completing The Witch Queen campaign, with the final mission granting the single Deepsight one needed for the pattern.
