Rashida ab Owain is a member of the Aionians, and one of the first to discover the Vex on Kepler. The Vex was non-hostile, and mirrored her movements as she examined it. She began noting the support she would need, such as language specialists, anthropology, biomechanics, programming and evolutionary biologists. Overwhelmed, she recited the Aionian mantra to calm down.[1]
