Ramsay was a Lightbearer and Warlord known for conducting human experiments, torture, and enslavement.[1] Ramsay encountered Attal and Gwynn and made false promises to Attal, but Gwynn saw through his lies and attempted to kill him. However, Ramsay and his men had set traps, leading to Gwynn's temporary death and capture. Ramsay had planned to torture Gwynn into submission, but just before Crowther could resurrect Gwynn, Attal broke into the dungeon she was being kept in, rescuing Gwynn and Crowther, and burning down Ramsay's base with him inside.[2]
