EPIIKSIK, Devil Baron

A Fallen fleet commander who defected from the House of Devils and is now hiding in Jiangshi Metro.

EPIIKSIK once held a prominent position within the House. After Issakis took full control of the House of Devils in Jiangshi Metro, he refused to accept the new order and fled with followers who shared his discontent. He rebuilt his forces in the abandoned Aeronautic Campus, sustaining his rule through plundered Gear and Ether. EPIIKSIK claims to still be a member of the House of Devils but is no longer bound by any Boss. Now, he secretly invites his old followers, waiting for the opportunity to seize greater power.
