Epakesk, Devil Baron

The commander of a Fallen fleet who left the House of Devils and now hides in Jiangshi Metro.

Epakesk once held a high rank in the House of Devils. But once Issakis seized control of the House's forces in Jiangshi Metro, he refused to accept the Archpriest's new reign and left with several similarly dissatisfied followers. He reestablished himself at the abandoned Aeronautic Campus, where he relies on plundered equipment and Ether to sustain his rule. Epakesk still refers to himself as a member of the House of Devils, though he refuses to answer to any leader. His focus is now on secretly gathering followers of the old ways, waiting for the moment to seize greater power.
