Xavias, Kell of Fear also known as Xavias the Seeker or Xavias the Driven is the new Kell of the House of Fear and the secret child of Craask, Kell of Kings. He has a single goal which is to claim all powers of Sol, including both the Light and the Darkness. He already has access to Stasis and SIVA Splicer technology. He is the main antagonist of the Pinnacle of Fear campaign.
