Pillager Town is the only major settlement in the South Wastes, untouched by the empire and their war. A place full of crime like random street brawls, rampant crime, and the stench from ravager poo that nobody bothers to clean up. The most ruthless criminals call this place home and work alongside the local population of humanoids who call themselves Illagers. While the cabal empire ruled Alfehein, this settlement remained a bastion of the old world.
