Ketiks, Fear Envoy was a House of Fear [[Vandal]] who served as a messenger and recruiter for his House and his Kell. He was first spotted by random Guardians on patrol at the EDZ recruiting from the [[House of Dusk]]. He then reported to the Ketch [[Forum:Fearship Emiks-Syn|Emiks-Syn]] and received new orders from Xavias. His new orders were to recruit form the House of Dusk stationed at the Cosmodrome and to also grab some Hive technology while he was there. Since Ketiks wasn't a fighter and he'd be heading into an active war zone, Xavias dispatched the mercenary [[Forum:Breniks, Veteran Mercenary|Breniks, Veteran Mercenary]] to protect him. During the operation, Ketiks and Breniks stayed at [[King's Watch]] and met with a House of Dusk high ranking captain. He convinced the Fallen there to collect Hive tech for him by incentivized a large bounty of Ether and weapons.
