Fleetbase Romulus is a massive Cabal Fleetbase on Nessus and one of the main headquarters of Cabal operations. It is a grand fortress of immense size and beauty.
Overview[edit]
When the Cabal first arrived in the system, one of their Scout Legions was based on Nessus. Though the Vex were a problem, there were few Guardians. They began to construct a massive headquarters, and this Scout Legion had several Cabal architects with them. The base would be a tactical fortress until the Cabal Empire arrived fully at the system, which at that point the base could be turned into a Capital for the System.
