The East Plains home to the former capital of Alfehein. Under the Cabal empire, The East plains house the ruins of the last rebellion and the HQ of the new rebellion, the empire frequently patrols this area but most officers have been able to be bribed to look the other way. The Empire's science division also has a mobile lab here in the form of an oversized behemoth.
