The Dire Acolyte is a type of Taken Acolyte which have been granted new offensive capabilities.

Gameplay

The Dire Acolyte functions similarly to their normal counterpart, but they do not have the ability to summon Acolyte's Eyes. Instead, when they are killed they spawn in a Dire War Beast at the spot from which they were originally killed.
