The Voltaic Guards are Fallen Captains seen in the Scavenger's Den where they guard certain shielded areas to prevent further travel into the Lost Sector. They also make an appearance in the Poor Reception Adventure, where they are required to be killed in order to progress through the Lost Sector to locate the signal interference.
