The Uplift Coven was a group of Neomuni terrorists who started out as members of Maelstrom's Cloud Strider training program. Unwilling to be denied the privilege of becoming Cloud Striders, the Uplift Coven sought to obtain Cloud Strider augments for themselves by any means necessary.
