Tentacle!!! A forum I started on Bungie hit #1 in its category!
Anyway, so I'll use your suggestion for the background, and I'll use my suggesrion for the background, but for the border. I think that'll come out well.
The only difference is that the one I was using had a few extra options. I wasn't using most of them, so I'll drop the ones I'm not using. The only one I do use is the last one that lets you set the border width.
Oh, and I'm just copy pasting the thing from the box help page. I think it's in the same format, it's just spread out with one option on each line, and each line tells you what it does. Makes it a lot easier to use.
Which one? Yours, mine, or a one for the box we're making?
Anyway, I think the one on the top right fits it best.

As for elites, they are really cool. Still, I kinda like my spartan in Reach 'cause his' armor's just the way I want it, and in halo 3 they're no as cool looking.
