Raksil is seemingly an Eliksni of the House of Light, although his true nature is uncertain. He appeared out of nowhere aboard a ship piloted by another Eliksni of the House of Light, Ekris, after the latter was awoken by his ship's sensors picking up an anomalous event; upon seeing Raksil, Ekris couldn't recall his name, and after a brief conversation Raksil disappeared as Ekris remembered that there was only one sleeping cot aboard the ship.

Trivia

• Raksil's appearance aboard Ekris' ship occurred following an event bearing notable similarities to recorded encounters with the Aphelion; it is possible that Raksil himself is actually an Aphelion, or at least an illusion conjured by one.
