Optus Vocca is a Cabal Psion of the Imperial Cabal who serves as an Optus. They are slain by a group of Guardians inside the Halphas Electus during the Proving Grounds Strike.

Gameplay

Optus Vocca will occasionally spawn in the 'Redirect the Tank's Power Flow' section of the strike. They function exactly the same as any Psion except for added durability.
