Joseph Staten in the ViDoc Out Here in the Wild.
Joseph Staten, aka deckard, is the lead writer and design director for Destiny. Prior to his work on Destiny, Staten was known primarily for his role as cinematics director for the Halo series and author of the Halo: Contact Harvest novel. After fifteen years with Bungie, Staten departed from the company in 2013, before Destiny's development was completed.
