Val Jo'arrc is a Cabal Colossus, and the final boss in the Mission, The Confrontation. He is the commander of the Star Blazers, a Cabal Legion known to capture and protect future sites of the Cabal.
Biography
A member of the Blind Legion, Jo'arrc had a major significance to the Martian Cabal, as he was mention, that he led a Reckless squad of his own, went to Vex, and destroyed a Gate Lord of significance. Due to this, He was promoted to a Val, and had a operational freedom. In which he created the Star Blazers, to act as his personal guards.
