Tharris is a Fallen Kell of the House of Machine and a former member of the Devil Splicers. He's a SIVA obsessed Kell who plans to bring the rest of the Fallen under his banner, and to bring the nanites back to his species.

Once a member of the House of Devils, Tharris had shown to be a possible Archon. But when Aksis took over, he became envious, and took some SIVA for himself, believing he could do it better, especially when he saw Aksis die, with a smirk on his face as if to say, “Seems I was right after all”, and with his House, managed to build an empire in secret.

Appearance

Tharris, unlike other Splicer Captains, doesn't have a SIVA Construct leg, and wears a damaged red cloak. His two bottom arms are cybernetic, and his face, under the rebreather, is covered in scars.

Tharris is a conniving, ruthless, cruel, and imposing Kell, willing to send out his house to die if it means getting what he wants. He views the Great Machine as a joke, and has moved on from the desire of his species for it, believing something else should replace it. Because of his violent and cruel nature, most Fallen not of his house fear him, and he views it as a sign of his dominance over them.
