:No, though I completely understand the confusion.
In Archer's Line, there's the damaged domed building that has a wall blown out that leads to an entrance into the Hellmouth. While facing the doorway into the domed building, turn around 180 degrees. You should be facing a small, angular structure with an antenna on top (there's usually a Fallen Dreg or Vandal with a Shank posted on this). The side of the structure you see bears a logo with Chinese characters, under which, in English, are the words "First Light Lunar Installation".
The name can found in two more locations in Anchor of Light. One is on a red, conical rocket module in the rocket-part strewn crater where the Fallen Walker Public Events occurs (this same cone is sometimes the destination of a one of those "scan the object" patrol missions). The other is opposite the crater, on the side of one of the buildings along the big chasm where there's a lot of Fallen.
There may be other locations, but those are the ones I found. No idea why a Crucible map in a different lunar region has almost the same name. A mistake on Bungie's part? Perhaps "First Light" was once supposed to be in the Ocean of Storms, or the FLLI was supposed to be in Mare Cognitum. Or maybe the name FLLI encompasses all Aeronautics of China lunar facilities? ::Perhaps reused textures. I think the way to find out is to go to First Light and see if the sign is there too. [[User:OmgHAX!|OmgHAX!]] ([[User talk:OmgHAX!|talk]]) 07:23, 17 February 2015 (EST)
