Overview
Reclaim is divided into three sub-activities: Cabal's Watch, Conductor's Keep and Fallen Bunker. Each version changes the order of the locations the fireteam goes through, as well as the type of encounters found in it. In Cabal's Watch and Conductor's Keep, the enemies will be Cabal or Vex respectively, while in Fallen Bunker, the Fallen will be on the field engaging the other two factions. When the activity starts, the players will have the objective to "Reclaim" the area they are in, with a bar underneath that goes from 0 to 1000. In each area, groups of enemies will appear defending caches of Golden Age tech they have secured. Each group has its own mechanic to deal with in order to open these caches. Points are gained in various ways, as listed below. Once the area's bar reaches 1000, the enemies will leave, a chest with an Engram will spawn, and the player's Jumpship will hover over the chest. Once they are underneath the ship, they can interact with it to move to the next location. Once three locations have been reclaimed, the players will move the final area, where they will have to defeat one of Maya's Sol Sentinels, the activity's final boss.

Collecting these caches is the main method of filling the objective bar, granting 400 points. Players can also find secret chests that grant 200 points upon being opened. Pieces of investigable salvage can be found in the overworld, giving 20 points upon inspections. Some enemies are particularly rewarding, granting 100 points upon being slain. Finally, defeating a common enemy grants points depending on their rank, with Minors giving 1 point, Elites giving 2 points, Majors giving 5 points and Ultras giving 10 points.

*Defeating Major combatants - 5 points
*Defeating Miniboss combatants - 10 points
*Inspecting salvage - 20 points
*Opening chests - 75 points
