'''Quagmire''' is a region of the [[Court of Savathûn]] on the outskirts of [[Savathûn, the Witch Queen]]'s fortress. The defector [[Ghost]] [[Fynch]] hides near a cave in the southern region of the Quagmire, overlooking the edge of the strange canal to the south of the southern fortress entrance. The region is littered with the damaged or destroyed remnants of Hive structures similar to the [[Miasma]] region, and scattered Scorn supplies and constructions can also be found there.  The Quagmire is split evenly between the [[Scorn]], who control the swampy areas, and the [[Lucent Brood|Lucent]] [[Hive]], who hold the entrances to the fortress.

==History==
During their initial [[The Investigation|investigation]] of the Throne World, [[The Guardian]] arrived at the end of the fortress from the [[Florescent Canal]], following the signal of a mysterious ally. They found the Scorn here for the first time in their exploration, battling the Lucent Brood's forces.
