==Urpes, Array Bulwark==
A customized prototype [[Goliath Tank/Rising|Goliath Tank]].

This Goliath Tank, equipped with enhanced collision and firepower capabilities, was developed at [[Buhr/Rising|Buhr]]'s personal request. One of his adversary's subordinates, [[Thagrius/Rising|Thagrius]], expressed his willingness to help Buhr research the [[Light/Rising|Light]]. In order to confirm this technician's abilities, Buhr requested a [[Urpes/Rising|custom Goliath Tank]]. Needless to say, the results far exceeded Buhr's expectations.

One of the leaders in charge of the [[Red Sea Rift/Rising|Red Sea Rift]] [[Sand Eaters/Rising|Sand Eaters]] following [[Zau'ul/Rising|Valus Zau'ul]]'s disappearance.

Buhr was once Zau'ul's deputy and the commander of [[Firebase Minos/Rising|Firebase Minos]]. He seized command of the firebase without the [[Valus/Rising|Valus]]'s knowledge, and now, he will stop at nothing to keep his position and finish what Zau'ul failed to do: quashing the "lowly inhabitants" of the Red Sea Rift and conquering the territory completely.

The leader of the Red Sea Rift Sand Eaters following Valus Zau'ul's disappearance and [[Tog'urk/Rising|Tog'urk]]'s defeat at the hands of the [[Lightbearer/Rising|Lightbearers]].

After fully seizing control of the Red Sea Rift Sand Eaters, Buhr no longer has to hide his strong interest in the [[Sentinel/Rising|Sentinel]] and the Light. He created an automated assembly line to dismantle the Sentinel wreckage and, through a series of simulation experiments, developed Sentinel armor capable of significantly enhancing Cabal soldiers' combat prowess.

==Tog'urk==
The manager of the Cabal's Foundry and one of the leaders in charge of the Red Sea Rift Sand Eaters following Valus Zau'ul's disappearance.

He is a "traditional" Cabal officer who is accustomed to solving problems with flames and cannons. Tog'urk scoffed at Buhr's interest in the Sentinel, seeing it as unconventional. He not only publicly accused Buhr of being "cowardly," but also secretly seized his military supplies. The power struggle between the two officers has greatly weakened the legion.

==Thagrius==
The Tech Adjutant serving under Buhr.

Thagrius was once a talented technician under Tog'urk, but he was constantly suppressed. Feeling dissatisfied with his superior and noting the conflict between Buhr and Tog'urk, he seized the opportunity to join forces with Buhr by building him a custom Goliath Tank according to his specifications. Now he holds the title of Tech Adjutant and is fully committed to uncovering the secrets of the Sentinel and the Light for his new superior.
