Ithyks was a Pirate Lord of the Old Crews of Eliksni legend. After the Whirlwind, her crew salvaged the wreckage of ships that fled Riis in search of the Traveler unprepared. As she gathered scrap from the flotsams, Ithyks began to find her calling: scrapworking. She used the salvage from other vessels to upgrade and bolster her own, growing stronger in the process. At an unknown point in time, she even faced Mithrax, the Forsaken. After the return of Eramis, the Shipstealer, Ithyks would be among the many Pirate Lords to answer her call to search for the artifacts of Nezarec. After finding and claiming one of the reliquaries, it began to whisper to the Scrapworker. It spoke of her own destiny, and that of existence, and she was scared of what it told her.

Ithyks was unable to deliver the artifact to the Shipstealer, however, as her hideout was raided by the Guardian, who was also searching for the relics. Although she attempted to stop them, sending her crew to block off and defend the asteroid, she would eventually fall to the Lightbearer in battle, and her reliquary was taken.
