Here is where the Takedown begins proper after a proper introduction to the threats within the Transylvanian Wildlands. Players can skip to this particular section in orbit should they choose. Here, Guardians can resupply themselves with special and heavy ammo from crates in the room and a fount of light in the center provides the team full Supers and orbs of power for builds that need them. Guardians can also notice sketches of the manse on the wall, as well as the layout within, giving the players a general idea of what to expect and possibly where to go, as well as a couple of Eliksni warnings of the monsters within, foreshadowing the [[Forum:Renfil, Vassal of the Headless Lord|fearsome]] [[Forum:Ozymandias, the Headless Necromancer|bosses]] ahead, and even the traps set in the halls. Worlds first players should notice a Fallen device next to the gate slowly counting down; once the timer hits zero, the gate will automatically open, thus starting the Takedown race. Players returning to or playing the Takedown later will be given the option to pull a lever by the gate to start it, lifting the metal, Dark Ether barrier supported gate and opening up to the manse's grounds.
