The '''Incursive Collective''', also referred to as the '''Sol Incursive''' is a [[Vex]] Collective primarily seen within the [[Vex Network]] as protectors and the Vex's warrior caste. They are distinguishable by their pearlescent colored shells and sea foam green frames

==History==
===Origin===
The Sol Incursive served as the Vex's countermeasure following the events of the [[Endless Night]] that led to the near full corruption of the [[Vex Network]] at the hands of [[Quria, Blade Transform|Quria]] and [[Savathûn, the Witch Queen|Savathûn]] and the various infiltrations conducted by the [[Guardian]]s and [[Mithrax, Kell of Light|Mithrax]]. After their creation, they would work to the continuous expungement of "unwanted variants, variables and deviants" trespassing throughout the Vex Network as a whole. Part of their programming would come from the Sol Collective's study of the [[The Veil|Veil]] and the machinations of the [[Sol Divisive]] in the [[Black Garden]] in order to counteract paracasual influences in the Network. 

[[Mithrax, Kell of Light|Mithrax]] would make mention of the Sol Incursive when the Guardians attempt to plunder the riches of the Old Crews on [[Nessus]]. He noted that it was dangerous for him to be on Nessus as the Collective in turn took note of his presence. 

===Presence on Neptune===
Shortly after the Incursive Collective had become established, its Collective Mind, Aoes, strategized specific locations on [[Neptune]], seeking to take control of the [[Neomuna|Neomuni]] [[CloudArk]] and its connection to the Veil. After the revival of [[Nezarec, Final God of Pain|Nezarec]], Aeos would swiftly cut off any connection that the [[Disciples of the Witness|Disciple]] could gain to the Sol Incursive. Also during this time, the Sol Incursive would deploy various [[Minotaur Supernumeros]] to invade Neomuna in a massive blitz tactic. 

The Collective would eventually encounter a [[Asher Mir|rouge variant]] within the [[Vex Network]] on [[Earth]], attempting to seize whatever data the Collective was attempting to learn on Neptune. The Collective would respond by deploying various [[Digital Variant Tracker]]s, [[Digital Variant Neutralizer]]s and rebuild [[Brakion, Genesis Mind|Brakion]], repurposing it as a variant stalker to hunt down the rouge variant. The Guardians would eventually hunt down the variant stalker and allow the rouge variable to enter deep into the Network, allowing it to inform the Guardians of the Sol Incursive's data on the Veil.
