It isn't really a strike, it's a bounty on a specific Vex Hydra unit. I have found no such strike on the Xbox version of Destiny. Unless...Wait, just did some research online...it's a PlayStation exclusive strike, like the Dust Palace strike. Funny, thought it was only just a bounty. Well, now I know.
