You know, concept arts don't necessarily end up in the final product of the game. They are there to show the "true vision" of the game. I suggest stopping creating articles based on concept arts unless Bungie confirms that it appears in the actual game. Also, IGN is not Bungie, so to use something from IGN as a source is just wrong.
