Outlaw Phalanxes are an Elite variant of the Phalanx that works for Pirate Crews.[1]
Gameplay
They can be identified from regular Phalanxes by their silver armor and red underarmor. Like other Outlaw Cabal, they fight alongside the Fallen. Other than that, they have no unique abilities other than the increased health gained from being Elite.
