Lokaar appears as a tier one boss in the [[Court of Oryx]] event, labeled as a [[Ultra]], her abilities and strategies is almost the same as a normal [[Wizard]]. She can use Darkness Blasts for ranged attacks against her foes, conjur a Poison Cloud to slow and damage the attacker inside it, ~~utilize~~ a [[Solar]] [[Absorption shield]], ~~Rapid Flight and summoning hoards~~ of Hive under her command to hinder the Guardian's attempts at killing her, due to her being an Ultra she is resistant against damage from gunfire or melee attacks. But what stands out in her abilities is her teleportation ability, which allows her to move around areas around the Court with ease, and evade gunfire from her adversaries and to throw their aim off, as well as allowing her to gain an advantage in battle, this can be very tedious to some low leveled Guardians, but if paired with the right team or with the right weapons and supers, taking her down won't be too hard ~~to be~~.
