'''Scuttleks, the Archon Descent''' is a [[Fallen]] [[Captain]] and leader of a gang of Pirates. He and his crew were tasked by [[Eramis, the Shipstealer]] to hunt for the Relics of [[Nezarec, Final God of Pain|Nezarec]] on behalf of [[the Witness]]. He is encountered in the mission [[Pirate Hideouts|Pirate Hideout]]: [[Forum:Pirate Hideout: The Archon Decent|The Archon Descent]].

==Biography==
Originally a Rising [[Archon]] for a House whose name was lost to the [[Whirlwind]], Scuttleks would cast off the religious teachings he had been taught by his superior priest after their House had been decimated in the [[Long Drift]] by the [[House of Winter]]. Taking the remnants of his House to form his crew, Scuttleks would become a renowned Ketchkiller, pillaging supply routes and wresting control of the Ketches of other houses. 

He particularly gained a ruthless reputation for docking the arms of his crew members for the pettiest of reasons, ranging from failing in battle to taking more than their share of treasure or [[Ether]]. After failing to secure a [[Expedition: Nessus|treasure cache]] on [[Nessus]], Scuttleks would have one of the surviving Vandals brought before him to dock his arms as punishment. Despite the Vandal's claims that it was [[Mithrax, Kell of Light|Missraks]] and his crew that stole the cache rather than them, Scuttleks would still dock the Vandal for failing to stop the cache for being stolen before motioning for another crew member to be brought before him.

Before he could deliver a [[Relic of Nezarec]] to Eramis, Scuttleks' hideout in the [[Themis Cluster]] would be raided by [[the Guardian]], who cut through his crew and ultimately slew the Pirate Lord to claim the Relic.

==Gameplay==
Scuttleks appears as the final boss of the Pirate Hideout: The Archon Descent activity. He is located within the asteroid 13436 Enid in the Themis Cluster. After fighting our way through the asteroid and the large amounts of [[Dreg]]s and [[Wretch]]es, Scuttleks will be waiting in an arena with a throne at the back, using primarily his [[Shrapnel Launcher]] to attack while sometimes throwing out [[Shock Grenade]]s and unleashing a stomp attack on any [[Guardian]]s that get too close.

Aftr losing a third of his health, Scuttleks will teleport back to his throne. He will then summon a pair of [[Major]] [[Servitor]]s [[Forum:Servitor, Loyal to Scuttleks|loyal to him]] to provide him with an immunity shield, alongside more reinforcements from Dregs, Wretches and [[Vandal]]s. This process will be repeated when Scuttleks is down to his last third of health. After which, he will be able to be defeated and allow the Guardian to claim the Relic.
