:I'd question this obviousness. Besides the more relevant fact that they keep appearing for people who have done King's Fall, Oryx is using the power of the Darkness to make the Taken. Regarding appearances, you don't actually need Taken King installed to encounter the Taken. They'll show up as long as you have update 2.0 installed. --73.219.160.192 14:09, 16 September 2015 (EDT)
