I know the page is being revamped, but where did the new name come from? Resemblance to the Dreadnaught notwithstanding, and in the absence of an official name, “Hive Warship” got the point across — I prefer unofficial names to be descriptive rather than prescriptive, so people who don’t read infoboxes are less likely to think we got them from somewhere. I’m open to hearing your reasoning though. Observance (talk) 10:37, August 31, 2021 (EDT)

I believe the title ‘Dreadship’ was made up by User:Sinkento. Because as far as I’m aware that name’s not found in any official Destiny content. Vothriks, the Lost (talk) 12:12, September 11, 2021 (EDT)

I concur. "Dreadship" doesn't appear anywhere. The Ruins of Wrath section of the Shattered Realm seems to imply that these are indeed called Warships. Similar to Cabal ship classes being referred to as "warships". But unlike the Cabal, who have given names for ship classes by either canon or artists (for ex. Assault Ships, Command Ships, Command Carriers, Carrier-class Warship or simply "Carriers"), Hive ships rarely get names. This is the closest we've gotten outside the Dreadnaught, which is seemingly a one-off, and the Tomb Carrier. Based on its description, the Tomb Carrier is a different class of ship entirely based on the fact that it has a visible main cannon. So I believe this ship type simply being called a Warship will suffice unless it gets another name. AM1 (talk) 16:45, September 11, 2021 (EDT)
