When the Annihilator Totems of either the Crota's End raid or the King's Fall raid are activated while a Guardian's Super, if it is duration-based, such as Stormtrance or Arc Blade, the Annihilator Totems will not kill that Guardian. This only happens when the Super is duration-based and active, which suggests that the Annihilator Totems are coded to kill a Guardian once their Super is completely drained in addition to the time of activation factor.
